Service Description

Uniify.Space is an AI-powered platform for generating interior and exterior design variations, renovations, and décor ideas from uploaded photos.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must:

• Only upload images of spaces you own or have permission to modify
• Not upload images containing people without their consent
• Not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the Service

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded images. You own the AI-generated results for personal or commercial use. We retain rights to underlying models and technology.

Subscriptions & Credits

The Service operates on a credit-based subscription model. Credits are consumed when generating images. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period unless otherwise specified.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of AI image generation, computational resources are consumed immediately upon use. Once credits are used or a subscription period begins, refunds cannot be provided. We encourage you to start with smaller plans to evaluate the Service before committing to larger purchases.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Data Storage

Uploaded images are processed and may be stored temporarily for service delivery. Generated results are stored in your account history.
